Umar Sadiq was the hero for Almeria as he scored the only goal in their 1-0 win at Girona, in the Spanish second division on Sunday, Completesports.com reports.
Sadiq was also on target last weekend in Almeria’s 4-1 home win against Lugo.
In Sunday’s clash, Sadiq scored in the 72nd minute to clinch the win for his side.

In the 90th minute Girona were reduced to 10 men after a straight red card was issued to Bernardo.
Sadiq now has 14 league goals and also has found the back of the net 16 times in 28 appearances in all competitions.
The win saw Almeria move up to second position on 55 points and are five points behind leaders Mallorca.
